Our Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date at to begin the return process. Our company offers free returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be mailed back within the return window of time provided in our email communication. Holiday purchases that are made from 12/1 – 12/24 may be granted an extension of time to return. To ensure a full refund, all returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging with the tags still attached to the items. Any merchandise that is damaged must be approved as such prior to return receipt by contacting us. If we receive damaged merchandise for a return that was not approved by our office, we may deny the return at our own discretion. Returns on FINAL SALE items will not be accepted.
